I will be vacating my* spacious 3 bedroom apartment* at the end of this
month as I am leaving the University. I am looking to fill the
apartment by *November

The apartment is a 2 minute drive from Clarkson and is located in the
Crescent Meadow Apartment Complex (Behind Scottish Inns) My next door
neighbors are faculty members.
*My rent is $990 per month. *
*The apartment is 1400 square feet and has the following amenities:*
* Open-floor plan for living room and kitchen.
* Kitchen has a dishwasher
* 3 bedrooms
* 1 Large bathroom with tub and plenty of storage
* Washer and dryer in apartment
* 5 Closets
* 2 Large balconies
* Since it is the middle unit the heating bill during the winter months is
comparatively low.
