Assistance Needed: Registration Form Option Allowing Universal Uploads

For an upcoming event I have been creating a Google-Form for registration and uploading of presentation abstracts. Unfortunately Google-Forms will only allow uploads from someone using a g-mail email account. This would not work for all of our registrants. Is anyone using any other registration open that would allow all to upload? Men's Quarterfinal Tickets on Sale Now #5 Clarkson University vs. TBD With the sweep against Princeton and Quinnipiac this past weekend, your #5 nationally ranked Clarkson University Golden Knights have clinched a first-round bye and will host an ECAC Quartfinals Series here at Cheel Arena. Men's ECAC Quartfinal tickets were included for those who purchased Men's Hockey Season Tickets Games 1 & 2 are to be played on Friday, March 13th and Saturday, March14th. If needed, Game 3 will be played on Sunday, March 15th. All games are at 7 PM. Reserved tickets are on sale now, both online and through the box office for $15.00 each.
