Hi,
In case this helps anyone, I actually know the owners. They sent the flyer to me also to share with those who may be interested. Both of them are doctors at CPH and moving to TX by the end of the year. They haven't lived in this house for too long (about a year, I think) as they were previously in the same community as me.
