Clarkson University will host the North Country Presentation of New York’s 2018 State of the State, presented by Kelli Owens, Director of Women's Affairs, Office of Governor Andrew M. Cuomo at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, January 10, 2018 in Petersen Board Room, #330 Bertrand H. Snell Hall.
