I will be vacating my* spacious 3 bedroom apartment* at the end of this month as I am leaving the University. I am looking to fill the apartment by *November 1* ideally.

The apartment is a 2 minute drive from Clarkson and is located in the Crescent Meadow Apartment Complex (Behind Scottish Inns) My next door neighbors are faculty members.

*My rent is $990 per month. *

• Kitchen has a dishwasher
• 3 bedrooms
• 1 Large bathroom with tub and plenty of storage
• Washer and dryer in apartment
• 5 Closets
• 2 Large balconies
• Since it is the middle unit the heating bill during the winter months is

comparatively low.
